Noah Szabo (D/’04) – Steinbach Pistons – 2GP | 2G | 3A | 5PTS
Second-year defenseman, Noah Szabo has been a major contributor in the Pistons 11-0-1-0 run, recording at least one point in 11 of 12 games during that time. This last week, added a goal and an assist in a 6-0 win over the Steelers before scoring a goal and two assists to close out the week in a 6-1 triumph over the Terriers. Szabo currently sits 4th in league scoring amongst defenseman.

Tomas Anderson (G/’04) – OCN Blizzard – 2GP | 2W | 1.50GAA | 0.966SV%
The strong play from rookie goaltender, Tomas Anderson, has been a key to the Blizzard’s climb up the MGEU West Division standings. Currently sitting 3rd in goals against average (1.89), 4th in save percentage (0.935), 5th in wins (7), and tied 1st in shutouts (2), Anderson picked up a pair of wins last week on back-to-back nights. He stopped 32 of 34 against the Flyers in a 3-2 win at home before turning aside 23 of 24 the following night in a tight 2-1 victory over Swan Valley.

Josh Lehto (FWD/’04) – Virden Oil Capitals – 2GP | 3G | 1A | 4PTS | 1OTW
He’s the current scoring leader (12G – 13A) in the MJHL and is fresh off scoring an overtime winner on Sunday night. Oil Caps’ second-year forward, Josh Lehto helped guide his club to a close 2-1 win over the Nighthawks where he opened the scoring and assisted on the game winner. A night later on home ice, Lehto would tie the game up at 1-1 in the 1st before he scored his 12th of the season for the overtime winner, giving the Oil Caps’ a 4-3 win over the Blues.
