1st Star: Connor Paronuzzi, (F) Steinbach Pistons (MJHL) – A very productive month saw the 19-year-old Paronuzzi pile-up 25 points in 10 contests played, on nine goals and 16 assists.
Etching his name on the game sheet in each of his match-ups during the time frame, the Emeryville, Ont., product notched a pair of game-winning markers and helped set-up a trio of others.
Named the recipient of the MJHL’s Steve ‘Boomer’ Hawrysh Award, emblematic of league’s Most Valuable Player, Paronuzzi heads into the final weekend of regular season action topping all skaters in scoring with 92 points, in 56 games, on 29 tallies and 63 helpers.
